Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments
Village Zone:
Ord. No. 12-05.  Section 17.36.020J, add “sales and repair of small and medium size 
outdoor power equipment”; as allowed uses
Ord. No. 12-06. Section 17.36.030 Accessory uses and structures. Revisions to provide that 
where the lot width as of May 1, 2012 is thirty feet or less, the side setback requirement for a 
detached garage or car canopy shall be at least six feet from one side property line, and six feet 
from the rear property line.
Exceptions and Modifications
Ord. No. 12-07.  Section 17.40.050C. Add “In the Village Zone, where the lot width existing as of 
May 1, 2012 is thirty (30) feet or less, side and rear yard requirements for a private, detached 
garage or car canopy are as provided in Section 17.36.030.”

Ord. No. 12-08. Section 7.32.070. Required lot area, lot width and yards. Add note (7) after chart.
