NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
 TOWN OF EMMITSBURG

 On Monday, February 20, 2012, the Emmitsburg Mayor and Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider for approval, Ordinance 12-01 amending the Emmitsburg Town Code , Chapter 13.08.110, to modify sewer rates. The hearing is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in the Emmitsburg Town Meeting room, 300A South Seton Ave., Emmitsburg, MD 21727. Town meetings are open to the public and the public is urged to attend and give their comments. All public comments are welcome.

In addition, a public informational meeting on the matter will be held
 February 16, 2012 at 7:30 p.m.
