beginning with your April-June 2012 billing

Rates below are for the average residential meter:

The minimum charge for the first 6,000 gallons will be $89.00
The cost of each additional 1,000 gallons (up to 10,000 in total) remains $2.40.
The next 10,000 gallons are billed at $4.50 per 1,000 gallons usage.
