DONOR HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK
We
would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the
Margaret Trew Cline Foundation and the Thomas L.
Cline Foundation for providing generous
contributions to the Arts Council’s Capital Campaign
for a new Arts Education Center in Gettysburg ’s Elm
Street District. The donations will fund the
center’s lobby which serves as the main entrance.
The lobby will be an open, attractive place,
generating a warm welcome to every visitor who
enters. The lobby will also serve as a place for
exhibition where local artists may display their
work. The Arts Council thanks member Sharon Magraw
for recommending our campaign to her parents’
foundations.
CAMPAIGN UPDATE
To date, ACAC has raised over $700,000 towards its
$1.1 million goal. Special thanks to everyone who
has donated to date. Your gift makes a difference!
You too can support this center by clicking on the
link below. Your gift is secure and since ACAC is a
501(c)3 nonprofit organization, your gift is
tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Provide
a link for payment (like class registrations?) and
provide the proper PANO wording for
tax-deductibility
FREE CLASS
We would like everyone in Adams County to enjoy this
arts education center – but the first step is
getting the word out about what this center can
offer. Please join our email list so we can keep you
informed about ACAC programs. Names that are
submitted will be entered into a drawing on
September 1, 2011 for a free class.
