     amendment information:

          Town Council – March 15, 2010

          Planning Commission – March 29, 2010

2.   Prepared text amendments/revisions to Zoning Ordinance sections. 

3.   Reviewed and prepared comments for Seton Place addition plat application for

      Planning Commission.

4.   Participated in Mayor’s staff meeting – March 8, 2010.

5.   Responded to inquiries regarding zoning, development, and Town ordinance

      requirements.

6.   Covered vacant Zoning Technician/Inspector position duties.  Coordinated with

      Frederick County Building permits office.

7.   Participated in meetings with consultants & government officials regarding town wells

     and wastewater treatment plant.

8.   Attended Frederick County Planners meeting on March 12, 2010.

9.   Attended Catoctin Forest Alliance meeting on March , 2010.

10.  Attended Fire Safety training for town employees.

11.  Prepared and presented information for local Girl Scout Troop regarding aspects of

      Emmitsburg  land use history and specifically the town fountain history – for

      completion of a Girl Scout badge.
