Staff Activity
- The staff prepared and advertised 11 appeals cases brought by Appletree Homes. Those appeals are set to be heard January 26, 2005.
- The Staff prepared three zoning text amendments.
- On December 9, 2004 the staff met with representatives of Emmitsburg Osteopathic Clinic to discuss options for winterizing their construction site and possible amendment to their existing site plan.
- On December 10 the staff met with representatives of Emmitsburg Glass to discuss plans for their new Creamery Road facility
- On December 15, 2004 the staff (Jenni Joy and Michael Lucas ), appeared before the Emmitsburg Ethics Committee.
- On December 16, 2004 the staff attended a workshop of the Upper Monocacy Water Resources Action Strategy Committee.
- On December 21, 2004 the staff met with representatives of the Vigilant Hose Company to discuss the possibility of upgrading their existing facilities.
- On December 22, 2004 the staff met with representatives of the owners of a large parcel of Town property East of U.S. 15 to discuss development potential for commercial and industrial purposes.
