Streets:
- Staff cut pine for
Christmas decorations
- Staff repaired a
number of street lights
- Staff Installed
Christmas decorations on the square and Main
Street
- Staff has
installed a number of new snow emergency route
signs
Water:
- Well #4 has been
placed in product at 17 gpm or 24,500 gpd - which
equals 98 residential taps
- Staff has again
flushed the raw water line from Rainbow Lake to
the water treatment plant
- Staff has opened
and inspected the roughing filters and found minor
cracking in the media. All 3 roughing
filters have been air lanced, backwashed and
returned to service
- Water production and consumption. We
produced and purchased an average of 357,404 gpd.
We consumed an average of 315,220 gpd.
- The difference is "Backwash Water"
...(12.0%). We purchased 1,170,390
gals. of water from MSM this month.
- 45.3% of this water came from wells
- 10.9% of this water came from Mt. St. Mary's
- 43.8% of this water came from Rainbow Lake
Wastewater:

We had two raw sewerage spills in the Month of
November

Staff has removed
the baffle in Lagoon four

The "overland
flow" treatment system has been shut down for
the winter season

We received about
3.6 inches of precipitation this
month

Wastewater Treatment:
- We treat an average of
457,000 gpd (consumed 315,220 gpd) which means that
31% of the wastewater treated this month was
"wild water"
- We exceeded
the plant's design capacity on 2 days in the
month of November

Parks:
