  1. All equipment must be in operating condition and should indicate the year it was manufactured, if known.
  2. Entries can only be operated at the discretion of the management. 
  3. Limited exhibit space has been provided. Space will be limited to 3 pieces of equipment per exhibitor. Pre-registration is required. Pre-registration is April 1 to August 1, and must be in Joanne Irvin’s possession, by August 1. Entries received after August 1, will be accepted at the discretion of the chairperson and the South Mountain Fair Association. Registration forms are available online at www.southmountainfair.com or in the premium book. .
  4. Entries receiving prize money the previous year are only eligible to receive a ribbon the next year.
  5. Exhibits receiving Best of Show at a previous Fair may show the item for display only, and not as part of the competition.
  6. Each exhibitor must secure an exhibitor's number. Fee is $1.00, unless you mail your pre-registration in advance. (then it’s free) Numbers can be obtained on the grounds Sunday and Monday during registration times. (Please DO NOT send money with this form).
  7. Exhibits will be accepted on Sunday August 16, 2009, between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., and on Monday, August 17, 2009, between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
  8. Exhibits must remain on display until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2009.
  9. Please remove any and all name tags (identifying owner) from equipment.
  10. Please be sure to bring the registration materials, that were mailed to you, along with your item to display. This will make registration quicker and easier.
  11. If you would like to demonstrate your eqipment contact the chairperson in advance and we will find enough space if possible. When demonstrating please follow all safety rules and be aware of the public in the area around your display.
