Role: To ensure that annual building and equipment maintenance
requirements are satisfied and to identify and plan for preventative maintenance needs.Major
Responsibilities:
- Ordinary preventive maintenance
- Long range plans for repairs to property
- Long range plans for repairs/replacement of equipment
- Develop long range plans for growth and expansion
Training: Archdiocesan workshops on planning, budgeting, committee structure and function as
available.
Personal Qualities Needed: A background in construction or maintenance would be helpful.
Time Commitment: Attend four planning meetings during the year. Chairperson to attend monthly
Pastoral Council meeting.
