Greetings! Let me introduce myself. For the
last twenty years I have lived in Rocky Ridge. The Federal Government transferred me here to help open the National
Emergency Training Center, more popularly known as the National Fire Academy.
The experience taught me much about our government, and about the importance of knowing
our legal rights. Knowledge of the law empowers us, and helps us to protect our rights, whether these rights involve a work
situation, a family situation, or a personal situation. Aha, I thought, I need this knowledge! So, I resigned my position
with the Federal Government, and headed to law school. After graduation from law school (that’s a story in itself), I passed
the Pennsylvania and Maryland bar examinations and became a lawyer with the law firm of Campbell, White and George in
Gettysburg, PA. Then, on January 3, 1994, I realized my dream of having my own practice here in Maryland by opening an
office in Thurmont, Maryland with a satellite office in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
